Start in a push up position with a dumbbell in each hand.
>
Perform a push up, then perform a dumbbell row on each side.
>
Next jump to your feet and perform a 'clean' bringing the dumbbells to your chest/shoulders then immediately squatting.
>
From the squat perform a 'thruster' and press the dumbbells overhead. From here return to the push up position to start again.
